Welcome to Meadows Pathways. By accessing our website, booking services, or participating in any offerings—including halotherapy, red light therapy, or related wellness experiences—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a positive experience for all guests.

1. General Use of Services

Meadows Pathways provides wellness services intended for relaxation, respiratory support, and overall well‑being. Our services are not medical treatments and should not replace professional medical care. Guests are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness regimen.

2. Limitation of Liability

By participating in halotherapy, red light therapy, or using any facilities or equipment at Meadows Pathways, you acknowledge and agree that neither Meadows Pathways nor any person associated with Meadows Pathways shall be held liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services.

This limitation applies to all claims based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. It extends to Meadows Pathways, its owners, members, employees, agents, and suppliers.

This protection includes, but is not limited to: Direct or indirect damages, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, personal injury or wrongful death, lost profits, damages resulting from the use or inability to use Meadows Pathways services or facilities

3. Health & Safety Acknowledgments

By booking or participating in services at Meadows Pathways, you confirm the following:

  • Salt therapy is not recommended during the active or acute phase of illness, including: fever or infection, active tuberculosis, severe heart conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure, COPD (stage 3 or higher), respiratory flare‑ups, or if you are currently on oxygen.

  • You are at least 18 years old and of sound mind and body.

  • You are not currently sick or under the influence of substances that may affect your safety.

  • You understand that salt therapy is not FDA‑approved and may carry potential risks.

  • You take full responsibility for your health and safety during services received at Meadows Pathways.

  • You understand that chair weight limits are: Zero Gravity Chair – 375 lbs.

  • You understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a $20 fee.

4. Membership Terms

Each membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over and expire at the end of the 30‑day period. All memberships are non-refundable and included sessions are non‑transferable and intended solely for the personal use of the member.

5. Child Participation Policy

Meadows Pathways welcomes families; however, for safety and compliance, the following policies apply:

Eligibility

  • Guests under 18 years old may participate in halotherapy or red light therapy only with a parent or legal guardian present.

  • A Minor Participation Addendum must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian prior to the session.

Supervision

  • Children under the age of 13 must remain under direct supervision of their parent or guardian at all times.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows all safety guidelines and behaves respectfully within the space.

Restrictions

  • Children experiencing active illness, respiratory distress, or any contraindicated condition may not participate.

  • Meadows Pathways reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if safety concerns arise.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time incur a $20 fee for Salt Room and $7 fee for Solo Booth.

No‑shows may be charged the full session amount.

Meadows Pathways reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Modifications to Terms

Meadows Pathways may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services signifies acceptance of the most current version. Guests are encouraged to review this page periodically.

8. Agreement

By booking or participating in services at Meadows Pathways, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
