A Path Rooted in Purpose

In the tapestry of life, two sisters spent two decades walking very different—yet deeply connected—paths. One navigated the structured world of corporate business, while the other explored life through a lens of creativity, intuition, and freedom. Their journeys diverged, but they were never truly apart. And when life brought them back to their hometown, they uncovered something meaningful: their experiences weren’t opposites at all—they were beautifully complementary.

That realization became the seed of Meadows Pathways—a sanctuary where healing, nature, and purpose meet. Blending the clarity of enterprise with the soul of artistry, they created a space designed to meet people exactly where they are and gently guide them toward wellness in their own unique way.

Who We Are

SHANA JOHNSON

Hi, I’m Shana. Rooted in family life with my husband and our two kids, so much of who I am has been shaped by the paths I’ve walked—through the Air Force, promotions in radio, and years at a corporation in HR—all leading me toward this new chapter of holistic healing. After years away, life brought us back home to Batesville, and it feels good to be grounded here again.

In recent years, I’ve felt a growing pull toward a more intentional way of living—one centered on self‑healing, curiosity, and creating space for others to breathe and reconnect. Sound healing became a meaningful part of that journey, and I’ve been slowly collecting instruments and learning how to share this work with friends, family, and now our guests.

I still work full‑time, so you’ll often find me at Meadows Pathways in the evenings, on weekends, and during special events.

I never imagined owning my own business, but with my sister beside me and the support of our families, this dream has taken shape. My hope is that Meadows Pathways offers comfort, peace, and a place to simply return to yourself—where every journey is honored, just as it is.

COURTNEY URASH

Hi, I’m Courtney. I’m a wife, a mom to two boys with a baby girl on the way, and a photographer and artist at heart. I’m deeply inspired by beauty, intention, and the way thoughtfully created spaces can support healing and well-being.

After experiencing profound loss with my son, Henry, my understanding of healing changed. Walking through grief shaped the way I care for myself and others, and ultimately led my sister and me to create Meadows Pathways—a space rooted in calm, restoration, and gentle care.

I believe healing looks different for everyone, and my hope is that this space offers comfort, peace, and a place to simply breathe.
